North by Sud-Ouest Charcuterie Supper Club Terms and Conditions
 
  •  Items included - each ticket includes a full seated multi-course dining experience with complimentary wine pairings. 

  •  Age restrictions - UK 18+ only. No pets allowed 

  •  Refunds and cancellations - Please note tickets are non-refundable and can only be used at the location and date booked. If you can no longer make it we can transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event with the new guest’s name and information. Otherwise, they are welcome to use your name when checking in 

  •  Please bring your ticket confirmation email with you to the event. 

  •  Location: BRASENOSE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, 101 St John's Rd, Liverpool, Bootle L20 8BH  Please NOTE we advise using a taxi to get to and from the venue as walkways leading from train stations to the venue are not ideal for travelling on foot. Routes are poorly lit and paths are poorly maintained in areas. Roads leading to the venue are often used by HGVs and fast traffic. Pavements are (in places) obscured by parked vehicles. We advise those intending to walk to wear clearly visible clothing (including reflective clothing) as you will be walking on dark paths with passing traffic and you may need to walk in the road at various points.

  •  WEATHER – This event will take place in an industrial warehouse, we advise you to bring a jumper.   

  •  FORCE MAJEUR - Any delay in whole or in part in the event caused by the occurrence of any fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, pandemic or widespread illness, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, or any other similar cause beyond the reasonable control of North by Sud-Ouest Charcuterie shall be excused and not considered a breach of this Agreement, nor shall it entitle the Participant a refund on the purchase amount 

  •  DIETRY ACCOMODATIONS - Due to the family style nature of our meals and in order to uphold the highest quality standards, we are afraid we cannot guarantee accommodations for dietary requirements including allergies. The food we will serve and the environment of the unit MAY contain traces of ALL allergens. It is the responsibility of those attending to consider the possible issues this may cause, take all the appropriate measures to avoid any problems relating to this and to act accordingly and assume all responsibility for any consequences that may arise as a result of these issues.  

  • ACCESSIBILITY: Please inform us if you have accessibility needs. Unfortunately as this event will take place in a warehouse and not a restaurant setting, we are unable to meet all accessibility requirements at this point. The venue may be inappropriate and inaccessible for some requirements, please contact us prior to purchasing a ticket so we can assess whether or not we can accommodate your needs. We will endeavour to accommodate all accessibility needs where possible but we will not always be able to do this and we will prioritise health and safety when considering these requests.

  • MACHINERY and TOOLS This event will take place in an industrial unit, this is a work place and not a restaurant. As such there are items of machinery and tools of butchery and related work practices which are strictly for the use and handling of our employees. Any client attending the supper club must not touch or interact at all with these machines and tools. Any person ignoring this advice does so entirely at their own risk. Clear signs will be displayed around the unit to remind clients that tools and specialist equipment are not to be touched.

  • HOT WATER: Taps in the unit dispense hot water at over 65 degrees Celsius. These taps are NOT to be used for hand washing as they carry a risk of scalding. As such, clients attending the supper club MUST NOT use taps in the central room. Any client who wishes to wash their hands must do so in the unit toilet which contains water that is safe for HANDWASHING only. Clear signs will be displayed on those taps which clients must not use.

  • SPILLAGES, SLIPPING AND TRIPPING HAZARDS: Floors may be uneven in the unit, if substances have been spilled, we will do due diligence to  clean these spillages immediately to avoid accident of slipping etc. Clients must also be aware of this risk and take reasonable responsibility for potential slipping and tripping risks and hazards. As members of the public will be present in the unit, clients are expected to employ all reasonable responsibility when moving around the unit and must accept responsibility for general tripping and slipping hazards that may occur. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept responsibility for and risk associated herein.

  • ACCESS GATE The main gate leading to the car park is large, heavy and dangerous. This gate MUST NOT be operated by clients attending the evening. Once all participants have arrived, we will close the gate. This will be done by an employee of NORTH BY SUD OUEST CHARCUTERIE only. Any clients or participants ignoring this advice do so at their own risk.

  • PARKING: Parking is available on the public road outside of the unit. There may also be parking available inside the unit car park but spaces are limited. ANY participant parking their car inside the car park or on the public road do so at their own risk. NORTH BY SUD-OUEST CHARCUTERIE accepts no liability for damage or loss including fire or theft of cars or their contents.

  • IN THE EVENT OF FIRE: Participants will be asked to exit via the main door and to congregate in a safe space on the pavement outside of the unit gates while organisers contact the emergency services.

  • IN THE EVENT OF UNEXPECTED EMERGENCY: Those in attendance must exit via the main door and congregate in a safe space on the pavement outside of the unit gates. Organisers will contact emergency services accordingly.

  •  Limited license – North by Sud-Ouest Charcuterie reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any Participant whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, or any Participant who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. 

  •  Media license - The Participant consents to North by Sud-Ouest Charcuterie’s commercial, journalistic and internal use of any media image, audio or visual, taken by, on behalf of, or for the use of North by Sud Ouest Charcuterie during your participation in the event. 

  •  Release and waiver - YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER SAID EVENT. EACH PARTICIPANT KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND RELINQUISHES NORTH BY SUD-OUEST CHARCUTERIE LTD’S OFFICERS, MANAGERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY “THE RELEASEES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS, INJURIES (INCLUDING DEATH), ILLNESS, PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGES INCLUDING LEGAL FEES, COSTS, MEDICAL EXPENSES AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHICH ARISE FROM OR RELATE TO PARTICIPANT’S TIME AND ACTIVITIES AT THE EVENT AS A RESULT OF THE SOLE, JOINT, OR CONCURRENT NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY OF RELEASEES. 

  •  Limitation of Liability – NORTH BY SUD-OUEST CHARCUTERIE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

  •  Indemnification - You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NORTH BY SUD-OUEST CHARCUTERIE LTD from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses including but not limited to lawyer’s fees arising from any loss, injury or other damage resulting from your negligence or act resulting in harm to another patron attending the event. 

  •  Arbitration - The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve through negotiation any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement including the documents it incorporates by reference. In the event that the dispute, claim or controversy is not resolved through negotiation all claims and disputes are to be settled by binding arbitration.  Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all conclusions of law and fact and shall include the assessment of costs, expenses, and reasonable solicitors’ fees.

 

 

 

 

CONTRACT CANCELLATION

  Unlike restaurants, supper club chefs carefully plan their budget and ingredients around the number of guests that have booked. Therefore, cancellations have a huge impact on chefs and leave empty spaces around the table.

If you are unable to keep your booking please contact us straight away. There are two ways we can handle the cancellation:
° You can pass your ticket onto a friend (but don’t forget to send them and us all the details!)
° You can’t find anyone to take your place…
If the event you’ve booked for is over two weeks away, we will contact our waiting list and try and fill your places. In the unlikely event we are unable to do this you will receive a voucher for the total of your booking. If the event is less than two weeks away, we will attempt to resell your ticket(s) – if they are resold you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to resell your ticket(s) unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund.

  To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

WE cannot guarantee that the premises will be nut free.

 LAW

These Terms and the Contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
