Rustic, high collagen, meltingly gelatinous sausage. Traditionally served steamed with lentils in Italy. Or add to a stew, thickly sliced or whole. Serves 3-4 adults, depending on greediness.


Sold whole - 275g min


    Cooked cured sausage. Reheat and serve piping hot.

    Ingredients: Free range pork, natural beef casing, red wine (sulphites), salt, spices, garlic, herbs, sodium nitrite
