RAMEN KIT
Ramen – Tonkotsu style with Nduja
Ingredients : Water, Free range pork, Nduja (beer (GLUTEN),red pepper, sea salt, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite), SESAME SEED, SESAME OIL, white wine, (SULPHITES), garlic, black pepper, chilli, nutmeg, thyme, bay , kombu, onion, carrot, CELERY distilled malt vinegar, sugar, MUSTARD SEED, fennel seed, coriander seed.
650g net
Heat the large pack (pork broth) in a pan. Bring to a boil.
Boil the 2 portions of ramen noodles in salted water according to their instructions.
Squeeze half of the small pack (nduja) into each serving bowl. Pour over the boiling broth. Add up to ¼ clove garlic (grated/crushed), ground white pepper & the cooked, drained noodles. Top with a few of your favourites:- Soft boiled egg; Chopped spring onions; Left-over roast or braised meat; Beansprouts; Toasted nori seaweed; Prawns or squid; NBSO Cotechino or Thinly sliced charcuterie….
***This product requires refrigerated packaging so it puts the postage up a little. Multiple cold items don't increase the postage further.***

The deadline for orders delivered in time for Christmas is midnight on Sunday 15th December.
This product should be refrigerated upon receipt.
